Accounting Executive

Location: HCMC, Tan Dinh ward

Report to: Accountant Supervisor

Salary: Up to 15,000,000 vnd

Working time: Mon – Friday ( 9 am – 18 pm)

Have 15 Annual leave and 6 sick leave days + Internal benefit + 13th salary

Job Description:

AR & AP for Sales

• Prepare and issue electronic invoices in accordance with tax regulations.

• Assist in reconciling revenue and platform fees with reports from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).

• Prepare reports on trade discounts, early payments, and bonuses for customers in the wholesales channel.

• Prepare sales report by channel by product, AR aging report.

• Prepare and record marketing support income from Brands.

• Prepare and maintain supporting documents for internal control and audit purposes.

• Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Inventory

• Assist in monitoring, recording, and reporting inventory data.

• Participate in periodic inventory count (monthly/quarterly/annually).

• Prepare and maintain supporting documents for internal control and audit purposes.

• Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, auditing, or finance.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG and in FDI companies.

• Thorough understanding of electronic invoice regulations, VAT, and sales processes.

• Proficient in Excel, familiar with accounting software (FAST, etc.) is a plus.

• Careful, honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Good command of English.

• Candidate available to start immediately is preferred.
