About the role

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a range of financial outsourcing services, including bookkeeping and fund administration. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, fund administration, and other financial tasks.

• Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.

• Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ auditing (preferrable) or finance.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

• Strong background of accounting. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferable.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
