Accountant (Inventory & Fixed Asset)

- Inventory
- Check inventory receipts, issues, returns, internal transfers, and incidental costs.
- Be responsible for the monthly and annual inventory closing process, including physical stock counts, inventory provision calculations, and managing all credit notes to offset inventory payment requests.
- Review and reconcile related accounts (COGS, Inventory, and Advances Received) to support the monthly closing process.
- Fixed Assets and Prepaid Expenses
- Create asset codes and perform depreciation and amortization for fixed assets, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare accounting entries for fixed assets and prepaid expenses.
- Review and reconcile shopping bags, tote bags, gift cards, and other related items, then manually record monthly allocation entries based on actual usage quantities.
- Other Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties at the office.
- Manage inventory for new projects.
- Print and file accounting documents and vouchers in compliance with IFRS and VAS requirements.
- Prepare tasks, analyses, and reports related to inventory, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses as requested by Headquarters (HQ) or the Board of Directors (BOD).

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role within a large company or corporate division.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or SAP implementation projects is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
