Kế Toán (Inventory & Fixed Asset)

InventoryCheck inventory receipts, issues, returns, internal transfers, and incidental costs.
Be responsible for the monthly and annual inventory closing process, including physical stock counts, inventory provision calculations, and managing all credit notes to offset inventory payment requests.
Review and reconcile related accounts (COGS, Inventory, and Advances Received) to support the monthly closing process.
Fixed Assets and Prepaid ExpensesCreate asset codes and perform depreciation and amortization for fixed assets, tools, and equipment.
Prepare accounting entries for fixed assets and prepaid expenses.
Review and reconcile shopping bags, tote bags, gift cards, and other related items, then manually record monthly allocation entries based on actual usage quantities.
Other ResponsibilitiesPerform cashier duties at the office.
Manage inventory for new projects.
Print and file accounting documents and vouchers in compliance with IFRS and VAS requirements.
Prepare tasks, analyses, and reports related to inventory, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses as requested by Headquarters (HQ) or the Board of Directors (BOD).

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role within a large company or corporate division.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or SAP implementation projects is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
