Accountant (Inventory & Fixed Asset)

1. Inventory

• Check inventory receipts, issues, returns, internal transfers, and incidental costs.
• Be responsible for the monthly and annual inventory closing process, including physical stock counts, inventory provision calculations, and managing all credit notes to offset inventory payment requests.
• Review and reconcile related accounts (COGS, Inventory, and Advances Received) to support the monthly closing process.

2. Fixed Assets and Prepaid Expenses

• Create asset codes and perform depreciation and amortization for fixed assets, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare accounting entries for fixed assets and prepaid expenses.
• Review and reconcile shopping bags, tote bags, gift cards, and other related items, then manually record monthly allocation entries based on actual usage quantities.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties at the office.
• Manage inventory for new projects.
• Print and file accounting documents and vouchers in compliance with IFRS and VAS requirements.
• Prepare tasks, analyses, and reports related to inventory, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses as requested by Headquarters (HQ) or the Board of Directors (BOD).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role within a large company or corporate division.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or SAP implementation projects is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
