Responsibilities:
- Monthly and quarterly task:
- Process foreign payment transactions and coordinate banking activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and verify sales contracts and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Issue and manage value-added tax (VAT) invoices.
- Collect, classify, and maintain input VAT invoices and supporting documentation.
- Collect and consolidate tax-related data, prepare monthly tax schedules, and prepare, declare, and submit monthly and quarterly VAT, PIT, and WHT tax filings.
- Maintain accounting records and tax books in compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Supported the preparation of annual corporate income tax (CIT) returns and the annual tax finalization process.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
- Strong logical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify, resolve, and improve inefficient processes and workflows.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good command of English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC and the ability to apply its regulations in daily accounting operations.
- Experience in Sales Accounting or intercompany accounting, with up-to-date knowledge of invoice processing and correction regulations, is a plus.
