Accountant

1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Handle the accounting task and book keeping in compliance with Vietnam laws and regulations, Group policy and specific guidelines.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Be in charge of VAT invoice issuance from SAP system and related operation

• Coordinate with Sales team and follow up Account receivable

• Management AR in the system and make sure the balance is correct

• Reconcile inventory balance between system and related department monthly

• Be in charge of petty cash report and office expenses.

• Prepare the statistic reports, chemical reports and other monthly reports (if required)

• Update related new tax regulation / law

• Responsible for coordinating with other departments for smoothly business

• Support other accounting projects, as necessary

• Prepare the related accounting statement

• Document filling and other ad hoc job assigned by manager

• Other tasks assigned by Line Managers / Head of Department / Board of Management

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must

• Working experience from 1-2 years

• Understand about accounting procedure and standard

• Experience working with SAP is preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of accounting software

• Fluent English skills

• Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)

• Good communication and organization
