Account Supervisor (Event & Activation)

Client management: Build and maintain good relationships with current clients.
Project management: Coordinate with related departments: Creative, Field Operation, Procurement, Technology & Data teams to prepare proposals, quotations to bid and deploy projects from clients to ensure service excellence.
Develop new business: Approach and build new clients.
Responsible for billing/revenue targets.
Team management: Involve in recruitment, training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating team members.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in BTL/Event/Activation marketing agency or marketing of FMCG companies.
Excellent client service skills and business development.
Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
Good project management skills.
Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
Independence and initiative.
A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
Fluent command of written and spoken English.
