Academy Teaching Assistant (Part-Time) - HaNoi/HCMC

The Academy Teaching Assistant (Part-Time) supports training programs in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City by ensuring smooth class operations, a positive learner experience, and effective coordination among learners, trainers, and the Academy team. This role is well-suited for candidates interested in corporate training, adult learning environments, and professional services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support and customer service to learners and client representatives during training programs
- Assist in learner check-in, attendance tracking, and general class coordination
- Act as a point of contact for learners’ inquiries during training sessions
- Prepare and manage training classrooms, materials, and logistics
- Coordinate tea break arrangements and ensure venue readiness throughout the course
- Liaise with venue staff to ensure smooth training operations
- Support trainers during training delivery (materials distribution, timekeeping, classroom facilitation)
- Assist with training tools, equipment, and basic technical needs during sessions
- Report training activities and on-site issues to the TÜV SÜD Academy Team
- Support post-training administration as assigned (feedback collection, basic reporting)
- University students from 2nd year onwards (majors in education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields)
- At least 6 months of experience supporting training classes or educational activities (Experience in corporate training environments is highly preferred)
- Preference for candidates with experience supporting adult learners
- Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude English proficiency at Intermediate level or above (minimum B2)
- Professional communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Willing to support training programs at nearby provinces when required.
