Marketing Executive to contribute to the company's growth by executing marketing campaigns, improving brand visibility, and supporting market expansion.

Dich Vong Hau ward, Ha Noi
Monthly Salary:
15,000,000～23,000,000VND
1. Support B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Assist in B2B lead generation activities
Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead generation and conversion.
2. Tech Academy Marketing (B2C)
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to acquire students for technology training programs, including:
Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
Organize workshops, webinars, tech events, and community activities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.
3. Content Marketing
Create and manage marketing content.
Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Maintain and update website content and digital assets.
4. Marketing Operations
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Support SEO, website optimization, and marketing automation activities.
Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to improve marketing strategies.
Bachelor's Degree
Business-level Japanese or English
3+ years of marketing experience in the IT industry
Marketing experience for B2C
At least 2 years of continuous experience with one company (No frequent job hopping)
Experience in content creation and social media marketing
Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Google Analytics
Preferable Experience:
Experience in EdTech, Education, IT, SaaS, or Technology companies.
Experience in video content creation (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Experience organizing events or communities.
English communication skills.
