- is looking for a
Menu Development Staff to apply skills in menu planning, food research, and product development. Eager to contribute to creating innovative, high-quality menu items that meet customer needs and support business objectives.
Working Location:
Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC
Monthly Salary:
15M ~ 20M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Research culinary trends and new ingredients.
Research and develop new dishes according to company guidelines.
Create recipe documents, images, and operational instructions for customers.
Collaborate with the sales department to conduct food and product presentations.
Assist in organizing company events and programs.
- Language:
English - Intermediate Level
- Education Background:
College degree or higher in Food Processing, Food Technology, Culinary Management, or a related field
- Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in Western-style kitchens.
- Others:
Knowledge of Western, Asian, and pastry cuisines; knowledge of food sanitation.
Passion for cuisine and creativity in dish development.
Research, analysis, and trend-following ability.
Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
