RGF's Client - a
Japanese company in the licensing and business consulting industry
- is looking for a
General Accountant to manage accounting operations, tax reporting, financial records, and monthly closing activities, while providing administrative support for contracts and legal documentation.
Working Location:
Thu Duc, HCMC
Monthly Salary:
25M ~ 30M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
1/ Accounting (90%)
Manage and maintain accounting documents and records (hardcopy and softcopy).
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system (FAST).
Issue and manage invoices and related documentation.
Perform accounting entries, account reconciliations, and support intercompany/interdepartment transactions.
Support monthly and annual closing activities.
Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, FCT, etc.) and other statutory reports.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports, including B/S and P/L.
Support process improvements in a fast-growing business environment.
2/ Admin (10%)
Coordinate and review legal service contracts and related documents.
Liaise with external law firms regarding contract preparation and revisions.
Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentation.
Provide administrative support and back up admin functions when required.
・Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
・Language:
English Business level
・Experience:
Have 5 years of working experience in the accounting field in any industry at the latest company
Experience in B/S, P/L, and month-end closing processes
Experience in statutory service contracts (drafting and concluding formal contracts)
Fast software experience
