Job Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through various channels  (cold calls, networking, and referrals).
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
Negotiate terms and close deals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
*Degree not required with sufficient experience (same experience)
・Language:
English - Conversational Level
Proficiency in English communication is required.
Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
・Experience & Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in industrial consumables.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with technical product specifications
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
