Job Responsibilities
Develop plans, monitor, and drive continuous improvement activities to achieve product KPIs.
Conduct continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Drive automation improvement initiatives.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improvement activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Necessary Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 3 years of management experience in a Continuous Improvement / IE Manager position
Good understanding of technical drawings
Strong knowledge of automation
Experience in AutoCAD design
Strong problem-solving skills
Language: Good communication skills in English or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
