Job Responsibilities
1. Joining a meeting (including On-Line) which is held in the Japanese language,  and share the meeting contents with the Vietnamese National Staff. accurately with nuance.
2. Reading and understand the emails which is written in Japanese language,  and share contents to Vietnamese National Staff.
3. Customer attendance from Japan, communicating in the Japanese language.  (It might include a business trip)
4. Back office procedure. (Issuing Debit Note,  Expense Settlement, input data to accounting system, etc.)
5. Support for Sales and Marketing activity for Foods, Agricultural, Forest Products,  and the infrastructure department.  (In the future,  Company wish candidate to be able to work  as a sales and marketing position, making use of Japanese language skills.)
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: University Graduate - Essential, preferably in the Business Administration, Marketing, and Economics Field
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or above) AND English - Business Level
・Experience: Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in international trading companies. Strong preference for work experience in a Japanese Company.
・Other skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
