Tuyển dụng Workforce Planning Lead tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Translate hiring demand and business priorities from Workforce Planning and Operations into recruitment targets by location, role, recruiter, and timeline

- Partner with Operations to validate critical hiring areas, priority levels, required SLAs, and demand changes.

- Balance recruiter workloads and recommend sourcing support, cross-team resource allocation, or alternative hiring strategies for underperforming locations.

- Build and monitor recruitment performance dashboards, including target attainment, fill rate, time-to-fill, requisition aging, funnel conversion, offer-to-join rate, and recruiter productivity.

- Identify root causes of target gaps by funnel stage and location; develop and drive recovery plans through completion.

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve hiring blockers, including demand changes, delayed hiring processes, misaligned hiring criteria, limited candidate supply, and low offer or joining rates.

- Lead weekly recruitment performance reviews and weekly/monthly demand alignment meetings with Operations and Workforce Planning.

- Standardize recruitment trackers, reporting, status-update routines, and escalation processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related fields.

- At least 5 years of experience in Operations Planning, PMO, System Implementation, or Compensation/Cost Management roles.

- Strong ability to translate operational logic into system requirements.

- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, BI, and Product teams.

- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (BI/SQL is a plus).

- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
