Welding Engineer

• Design and read the 2D/3D drawing,

• Establish WPS (welding procedure specification), qualify welders

• Making Working instruction/ Manual/ Routing and Bill of Material (BOM)

• Calibration welding machine, control welding filling material (Welding wire) and other welding consumptions

• Control the production order progress and Ensure the Quality, on-time delivery

• Nonconforming products control, RCA, CAPA

• Respond to Customer audit, proceed NPI

• Control Safety, 5S and do the continuous improvement

• Report to Production Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• University & above graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in metal welding, welding inspector, NDT

• Familiar with TIG/MIG/MAG and ISO 9001, ERP system

• Good computer skill and English (reading and writing), can communicate in oral English
