Web & Creative Designer

• Thiết kế giao diện website, landing page, mobile web và ứng dụng mobile. (Design website interfaces, landing pages, mobile websites, and mobile applications.)

• Xây dựng wireframe, mockup, prototype theo yêu cầu sản phẩm. (Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on product requirements.)

• Tối ưu trải nghiệm người dùng (UI/UX) trên đa nền tảng. (Optimize the user experience (UI/UX) across multiple platforms.)

• Nghiên cứu hành vi người dùng để cải thiện trải nghiệm và tối ưu luồng sử dụng sản phẩm. (Research user behavior to improve the user experience and optimize the product use flow.)

• Thiết kế responsive cho desktop, tablet và mobile. (Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.)

• Chỉnh sửa, tối ưu hình ảnh sản phẩm và hỗ trợ xử lý hình ảnh 3D phục vụ website (Edit and optimize product images, and support 3D image processing.)

• Thiết kế banner, icon, visual phục vụ website. (Design banners, icons, and other visual assets for websites.)

• Phối hợp cùng team developer để triển khai giao diện thực tế. (Collaborate with the development team to implement UI/UX designs.)

• Nghiên cứu và cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế web và UI/UX mới. (Research and stay updated on the latest web design and UI/UX trends.)

• Hỗ trợ các công việc thiết kế khác theo yêu cầu của công ty, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các hạng mục liên quan đến website và hình ảnh. (Assist with other design tasks as required by the company, including but not limited to website and image-related items.)

• Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế website / mobile web. (Experienced in UX/UI design for website / mobile web platforms.)

• Thành thạo các công cụ: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrat

Yêu cầu công việc

• Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế website / mobile web. (Experienced in UX/UI design for website / mobile web platforms.)

• Thành thạo các công cụ: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. (Proficient in tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.)

• Có tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt về layout, màu sắc và typography. (Possesses a good sense of aesthetics regarding layout, color, and typography.)

• Hiểu UI/UX và hành vi người dùng trên web/mobile. (Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user behavior on web/mobile.)

• Có khả năng xử lý hình ảnh sản phẩm và visual marketing. (Capable of handling product images and visual marketing.)

• Có portfolio các dự án đã thực hiện / A portfolio showcasing completed projects is required:

- Giao diện Website & Mobile (Website UI / Mobile UI Design)

- Landing page & Landing page tương tác (Landing page / Interactive landing page)

- Hình ảnh sản phẩm & Hình ảnh 3D/360° (Product images / 3D or 360° images)

Tiêu chí ưu tiên / Preferred Qualifications:

• Hiểu về thiết kế responsive và tư duy thiết kế ưu tiên cho di động (mobile-first design). (Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.)

• Có kiến thức về Three.js / Spline / WebGL là một điểm cộng lớn. (Knowledge of Three.js / Spline / WebGL is a strong advantage.)

• Biết về chuyển động hoặc đồ họa chuyển động là một lợi thế. (Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.)

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các nhà phát triển (developers) và hệ thống thiết kế thành phần (component design systems). (Experience collaborating with developers and component design systems.)

• Có kinh nghiệm xử lý hình ảnh 3D hoặc hình ảnh 360° là điểm cộng. (Experience in handling 3D or 360° images is a plus.)

• Có khả năng chụp hình sản phẩm hoặc hình ảnh phục vụ website là điểm cộng. (Product photography skills for website content are a plus.)

• Ưu tiên ứng viên nam. (Preference may be given to male candidates.)
