Warehouse Supervisor – Full Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure goods are handled, stored, and shipped according to company procedures and product requirements.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily operational needs and delivery schedules.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound goods.

3. Order Fulfillment & Distribution

• Coordinate order processing and dispatch to meet delivery timelines for MT and other customers.
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Support returns, damages, and non-conformance handling.

4. Team Supervision & Safety

• Supervise warehouse staff, including task assignment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and warehouse discipline.
• Implement and monitor 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams on order status, inventory, and invoicing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience working with MT or FMCG distribution is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, warehouse systems/WMS).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
