Warehouse Manager

1. Warehouse Operations
-   Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
-   Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods are stored properly.
-   Ensure timely material supply to production.
-   Coordinate finished goods shipments according to customer requirements.
-   Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
-   Monitor warehouse space utilization and material flow.
-   Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and work instructions.
2. Inventory Management
-   Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
-   Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
-   Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production and Procurement to avoid shortages or overstock.
-   Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are properly implemented.
-   Control inventory movements through ERP (Odoo).
3. Warehouse Systems & Reporting
-   Ensure accurate inventory transactions in Odoo.
-   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
-   Analyze warehouse performance and recommend improvements.
4. Safety & Compliance
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, HACCP, food safety requirements, and warehouse regulations.
-   Maintain housekeeping according to 5S standards.
-   Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment.
-   Lead warehouse safety inspections and corrective actions.
5. Export & Logistics Coordination
-   Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure on-time shipment of export orders.
-   Support import/export documentation and warehouse preparation for customs inspections.
-   Ensure finished goods are available according to shipping schedules.
-   Collaborate with freight forwarders when required.
-   Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
-   At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-   Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
-   Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
-   Excellent understanding of FIFO, FEFO, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
-   Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
