Service Delivery
- Welcome guests to their table and provide detailed knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.
- Take and deliver orders efficiently and accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen and runner teams to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate clearly and calmly during busy periods.
- Support the overall floor team with resetting and rotation.
Presentation & Etiquette
- Maintain a professional appearance and composure at all times.
- Ensure table settings, cutlery, and linens are always to standard.
- Represent the HAUS brand with discretion and polish.
Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date with the current menus and daily specials.
- Provide recommendations and guidance based on guest preferences.
- Understand basic wine and cocktail pairings.

- Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or luxury setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Passion for hospitality and service.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Experience in private clubs or member-focused venues preferred.
