Visual Merchandiser - Trưng Bày Sản Phẩm

• Be knowledgable about seasonal trends and market trends

• Display the goods in the store according to the headquarter standard, including the window, the throwing platform, and the store shelf. Any adjustment needs to be sent back to the HQ in time.

• To ensure that all new arrivals displayed according to standards

• To analyse store performance and products, adjust the store display accordingly

• To identify creative and visual ideas, and make them happen for the store

• Receive regular exhibition training from Headquarters.

• To communicate and coordinate with the team to improve display in store (including new products, merchandising changes and suggestion for out-of-stock garments)

• To receive new display standard from HQ and execute training to all stores

• Report to Regional/HQ Visual Merchandiser Team and support them in ad-hoc managerial store duties

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidates must posses at least Diploma in Fashion Design/Visual Merchandise or other relevant field

• At least 1 years experience in Visual Merchandising in fashion retail

• Creative thinking and visual flair

• Good communication and coordination in in both Vietnamese and English (4 skills). OR Chinese

• A strong sense of color, collocation, and fashion trends.

• Strong hope in the career development of VM will be a priority.

• Local market knowledge

• Able to work on weekends for events when required

• Self-Motivated and independent

• Have a strong systematic and organized approach to work

• Able to travel in Vietnam or aboard

MORE INFORMATIONS

1. Salary : From 16,000,000 – 18,000,000 Gross pay + Store visit Allowance. (Nego)

2. Probation Period : 60 days

3. Year-end bonus, Performance review from once/year

4. Paid Social Insurance based on full salary

5. 12 days annual leaves per year.

6. Bao Viet Health Care Insurance.

WORKING TIMES AND LOCATION

1. Working day : 6 day/week

2. Day off : 1 day off/week

3. Location : HLA Stores Ho Chi Minh
