Visual Merchandise Intern

- Livestream Visual Display
- Support preparation and arrangement of on-screen visuals for livestream sessions (backgrounds, product display, layout consistency).
- Ensure visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign direction.
- Assist in maintaining visual quality and consistency across livestream sessions.
- Props & Content Activity Support
- Assist in organizing and categorizing props used for content and livestream activities.
- Coordinate with Content team to prepare props for each session.
- Work closely with Standby & Sampling teams to track, manage, and ensure availability of props.
- Vendor Sourcing & Procurement
- Research and propose vendors for purchasing props and visual materials.
- Support procurement process including quotation comparison, order placement, and delivery tracking.
- Follow up on payment processes and ensure proper documentation.

- Background in Design, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and organization.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and good at coordination.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced livestream environment.
