Working Location: 212 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Nhieu Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(Lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

• If required to support onsite events during weekends (Saturday or Sunday), employees will receive one compensatory day off during the week.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Video Content Creator / Videographer to support video production across our sports, education, and event brands.

This role is suited for candidates with strong visual storytelling skills, a good understanding of short-form social media content, and the ability to handle both filming and editing for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube.

The position offers hands-on experience in real sports environments, live events, training sessions, and multi-brand social media production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Video Content Production

• Develop video ideas and execute content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

• Film and edit short-form social media content

• Create engaging videos with strong visual hooks and clear pacing

• Adapt editing styles according to each brand’s tone and guideline

• Deliver videos on schedule according to the weekly content plan

• Organise and manage video footage and production files

2. Filming & Onsite Production

• Attend training sessions, sports events, tournaments, and onsite activities

• Capture key moments, highlights, behind-the-scenes, and event atmosphere

• Operate filming equipment including DSLR, gimbal, action cam, microphone, and related gear

• Support basic lighting setup and audio handling during shoots

• Work closely with the content and design team to develop visual concepts

3. Video Editing & Post-production

• Edit social media videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

• Handle basic sound editing, syncing, and music selection

• Perform color correction and basic color grading

• Select suitable footage and pacing for each platform

• Export and optimise videos for social media formats and specifications

4. Content & Creative Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Social Media team during content production

• Understand the emotional direction and messaging behind each video

• Suggest visual ideas, transitions, hooks, and storytelling approaches

• Stay updated with social media trends and short-form video styles

KPIs / DELIVERABLES

• Videos delivered on time according to the content schedule

• Consistent video quality aligned with brand guidelines

• Strong contribution to video concepts and storytelling

• Effective onsite support during sports events and productions

• Well-organised footage and production file management

• Continuous improvement in social media video performance and engagement

• Experience in video filming and editing for social me

• Fast-learning, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working onsite and attending weekend sports events when required

• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube content styles

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in sports, events, or lifestyle content

• Skills in color grading and RAW footage workflow

• Experience using flycam/drone

• Basic motion graphics or text animation skills using After Effects

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and visual hooks
