Vendor Quality Trainee

1 headcount in Hai Phong, 1 headcount in Da Nang.

The Opportunity:

Mattel is currently seeking Vendor Quality Trainees who is a recent graduate or individual seeking to gain practical experience and develop skills in the field of vendor quality. They work under the supervision of experienced engineers and participate in various quality projects to learn and contribute to the team.

We will sign 1 year contract firstly and then converting to long term contracts.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Perform routine tasks guided by detail instructions

• Task requires minimal creativity

• Strictly keep business secrets

• Fresh graduate with engineering major (mechanical, mechatronics, electronics... ), interest in toys industry, manufacturing fields.

• Good English communication skills, Mandarin speaking is a plus

• Analytical Thinking

• Energetic personality and eager to learn

• Can proficiently apply Microsoft Office

• Travel to factories is a must.
