Scopes of works

- 负责 Shopee 店铺日常运营，包括商品上架与更新、图片规划、平台活动报名及价格管理。

- 确保订单准确处理并按时发货，协调仓库与物流解决相关问题。

- 根据销售数据及市场趋势制定中国补货计划，确保本地库存充足。

- 监控各销售渠道价格，确保价格体系一致。

- 分析店铺运营数据，找出业绩变化原因并提出优化方案。

- 负责 Shopee 广告投放，包括广告搭建、预算分配、竞价优化及 ROI 提升。

- 策划并执行 Shopee 平台促销活动（如大促、闪购），提升店铺曝光与销量。

- 中文沟通能力良好。

- 具备良好审美能力，能与设计团队协作提升商品转化率。

- 结果与利润导向，积极主动，责任心强，热爱电商行业。

- At least 2-3 year of experience in Shopee store operations (experience in mobile accessories or consumer electronics is preferred).
