• Develop and expand offline sales channels for the company's 3C products (mobile accessories and consumer electronics).

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retail chains, and key business partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the offline market.

• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract execution with partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams to implement sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose business strategies.

• Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the offline 3C (Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories) industry.

• Strong network with distributors, retailers, or offline sales channels is preferred.

• Experience working with brands, distributors, retail chains, or consumer electronics companies.

• Looking to transition from a distributor, retailer, or agency environment to an in-house brand.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Able to work independently and deliver results.

• Chinese is preferred; English is required at minimum.
