▸    Create new welding programs or modify existing robot welding programs

▸    Set up and calibrate welding parameters appropriate to material type and technical specifications

Thiết lập và căn chỉnh thông số hàn phù hợp với vật liệu và yêu cầu kỹ thuật
▸    Operate welding robots and automated welding lines

Vận hành robot và dây chuyền hàn tự động
▸    Monitor the welding process; detect and resolve weld defects as they arise
–
Giám sát quá trình hàn, phát hiện và xử lý lỗi hàn phát sinh
▸    Control and manage welding wire, shielding gas, and other auxiliary consumables
–
Kiểm soát và quản lý dây hàn, khí bảo vệ và vật tư phụ trợ
▸    Coordinate with the QC team to ensure weld standards are met before proceeding to the next process
–
Phối hợp bộ phận QC đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn mối hàn trước khi chuyển công đoạn
▸    Perform weld quality inspection after each robot cycle; record and report any non-conformances
–
Kiểm tra chất lượng mối hàn sau mỗi chu trình robot; ghi nhận và báo cáo lỗi không đạt
▸    Carry out periodic maintenance and consumable replacement for robot systems and welding machines

Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ và thay thế vật tư tiêu hao cho hệ thống robot và máy hàn
▸    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in robot electromechanical systems, controllers, and peripherals
–
Chẩn đoán và xử lý sự cố cơ điện robot, bộ điều khiển và thiết bị ngoại vi
▸    Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the welding station; record daily output and equipment status

Duy trì nghiêm ngặt vệ sinh khu vực hàn; ghi chép sản lượng và tình trạng thiết bị hàng ngày
▸    Comply with all factory HSE rules; wear full PPE at all times in the welding area

Tuân thủ toàn bộ quy định ATLD của nhà máy; mặc bảo hộ đầy đủ tại khu vực hàn
▸    Participate in daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and organised workstation
–
Tham gia hoạt động 5S hàng ngày, duy trì vị trí làm việc sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp
▸    Report any unsafe conditions, near-misses, or equipment faults to the supervisor immediately
–
Báo cáo ngay cho tổ trưởng nếu phát hiện điều kiện mất an toàn hoặc thiết bị bất thường
▸    Support ESG initiatives including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible consumable use
–
Hỗ trợ các sáng kiến ESG bao gồm giảm chất thải, tiết kiệm năng lượng và sử dụng vật tư tiêu thụ có trách nhiệm
▸    Hands-on experience in operating, programming, and maintaining industrial welding robots

Có kinh nghiệm thực tế vận hành, lập trình và bảo trì robot hàn công nghiệp
▸    Proficient in robotic welding programming methods (teach pendant / offline programming)

Thành thạo các phương pháp lập trình robot hàn (dạy tay / lập trình offline)
▸    Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols

Có khả năng đọc và hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật và ký hiệu hàn
▸    Careful, detail-oriented, honest, with a strong sense of responsibility

Tính cách cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, trung thực và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
▸    Physically fit to work in a welding environment (heat, light, fumes)
