Vacation Rental Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a luxury vacation rental management company based in Costa Rica, www.puravidamgmt.com and www.vacationnosara.com. You will lead customer service, reservations, concierge, and operational coordination while ensuring an exceptional guest experience and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across reservations, concierge, and customer service.

• Lead and support an international remote team.

• Resolve guest and operational issues quickly and professionally.

• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.

• Ensure accurate reservation, payment, and operational workflows.

• Coach, train, and develop team members.

• Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or operations management experience.

• Advanced English (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing remote teams is preferred.

• Comfortable working a flexible schedule overlapping with Costa Rica business hours.

• Experience in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, or property management is a plus.
