- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to develop new features.
- Understand user needs and business goals to create effective design solutions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI/UX.
- Contribute ideas and improvements that bring value to users and the product.
- Maintain consistent UX patterns and contribute to the Design System.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Conduct user feedback and usability reviews to continuously improve the product.
- Create clear documentation for user flows, features, design decisions, and requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design or related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience designing software user interface.
- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
- Experience working in an agile tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with design thinking processes.
- Expert proficiency with leading design tools (such as Figma).
- Up to date with recent design standards and trends.
- Thorough understanding of art production processes for applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS and Android.
- Organized and systematic in approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated attitude and aptitude for an energetic start-up environment.
