User Growth Executive

1. User Growth & Campaign Execution (40%)
Monitor dashboards regularly to track core growth KPIs, identify trends, and flag anomalies or drop-offs to the PM.
Execute monthly promotional campaigns end-to-end: setup, QA, live operation, issue validation, and post-campaign analysis.
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve registration, application, retention, and cost efficiency.
Set up and track A/B tests and growth experiments as assigned by the Leader; summarize results and recommendations.
Support the expansion of the Non-IT candidate pool, with a focus on local talent relevant to Korean enterprises in Vietnam.
Work with Marketing to review channel performance, conversion data, and campaign effectiveness across acquisition sources.
Identify funnel bottlenecks in candidate acquisition and recommend operational improvements to increase pool growth and conversion.
Track growth by segment, source, and candidate quality to ensure the pool is not only larger, but also relevant and usable.
2. Candidate Operations & Profile Quality ( 35%)
Oversee candidate profile moderation and pipeline operations to ensure data quality, completeness, and smooth onboarding.
Support user inquiries through direct support channels and help identify recurring friction points.
Work with CS and Dev to log, manage, and follow up on bug or feature tickets in Jira.
Synthesize quantitative data and qualitative feedback to help the Product Lead prioritize product improvements.
3. Data, Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination — 25%
Partner with Product Lead, CS, Marketing, and Dev to close operational gaps and improve user experience.
Document campaign learnings, operational issues, and process improvements clearly and consistently.
Prepare periodic reports (consolidated KPIs, cross-functional insights) to support decision-making.
Handle additional tasks assigned by the Product Lead as needed.
Yêu cầu:
2–4 years of experience in Growth Operations, Campaign Operations, Digital Marketing,
Business Analytics, Talent Operations, or a related coordination role in a tech, marketplace, recruitment, or platform environment.
Strong hands-on ability with
GA4 and
Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and basic reporting/modeling.
Experience supporting promotional campaigns, in-app communications, or growth experiments, with a clear understanding of conversion tracking and performance optimization.
Ability to monitor dashboards, identify anomalies, and turn data into actionable insights for Product Lead and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI or automation tools to improve productivity and workflow.
Nice to Have
Experience running
A/B tests and documenting experiment results.
Experience with
BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience in recruitment, talent operations, candidate operations, or marketplace supply growth.
Experience with candidate profile moderation, onboarding flows, or data quality operations.
