We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and numerical skills, the ability to work with large amounts of data, proactively solve problems, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive purchase requests and sales forecasts from the Sales team.

• Place purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers; follow up on order confirmations, production schedules, and delivery plans.

• Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to ensure stable supply while optimizing stock levels.

• Coordinate with the Sales team, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Track import documentation, shipment schedules, and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.

• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, purchasing plans, sales performance, and supplier-required reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Import-Export, or Supply Chain.

• Experience working with overseas suppliers is an advantage.

• Good understanding of import-export procedures, Incoterms, and commercial documentation.

• Good command of English, especially in email communication and document handling.

• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
