UI/UX Designer

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, elegant, and delightful digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex problems into user-centric solutions for our platform products.

Job Purpose: As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and ideation to delivery and design quality assurance—while helping establish a consistent design language across our product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

1. Professional & Strategic Execution:

• Shape product concepts & strategy: Act as a strategic partner with PMs, Engineers, and Leadership to shape product vision and solutions.
• Discover & validate: User research and create low-to-high fidelity prototypes to rapidly test and validate ideas.
• Define end-to-end experience: Take full ownership of designing the entire user journey. Ensure the product is not only highly usable but also aesthetically pleasing (beautiful) and enjoyable at every touchpoint (delightful).
• Design System Management: Build, maintain, and optimize the design system and visual guidelines for the entire product suite.

2. Collaboration & Delivery:

• High-craft at startup pace: Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation while meeting fast time-to-market demands.
• Design QA: Proactively conduct Design QA on testing/production environments to ensure quality before release.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Experience Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer for Platform.
• Visual Design Skills: Strong visual design sense and hands-on UI design experience.
• Product sense: Deep empathy to understand real user needs, paired with creative thinking to propose solutions that break from the obvious.
• Speed & Craft: Ability to optimize time for quick decision-making and rapid design delivery, while ensuring the high quality and meticulousness of the product.
• Possess a questioning mindset (Question fundamentals) and sharp critical thinking throughout the working process.
• AI as partner: Knowing how to leverage modern AI tools in the workflow (research, asset creation, brainstorming, etc.) to enhance personal productivity.
