- Organization & Workforce Design

- Design and optimize organizational structures, workforce planning, and role clarity across departments.

- Ensure alignment between business strategy, organizational capability, and manpower planning.

- Build governance frameworks that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

- Performance & Talent Management

- Develop and implement performance management systems, KPI frameworks, and talent review processes.

- Establish succession planning and leadership development programs.

- Design reward and recognition frameworks to drive high performance.

- HR Leadership

- Lead and integrate all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, - Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Culture.

- Drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

- Partner with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.

HR Analytics & Governance

- Develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reporting systems.

- Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.

- Strengthen HR governance, policies, and compliance in line with international standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Management.

Strong expertise in:

- Organization Design

- Performance Management & KPI Systems

- Talent Management & Succession Planning

- Compensation Governance

- HR Analytics & Executive Dashboards

- Proven experience building and transforming HR systems in growing organizations.

- Experience implementing HR frameworks and management systems aligned with European or international standards.

- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and European partners.
