Trưởng Phòng Kỹ Thuật

- Support management of technical activities related to process development and improvement projects.
- Evaluate process changes, improvement proposals, and technical documentation (DQ, IQ, SOP).
- Participate in new product development (NPD) including trial planning, supplier information evaluation, and process validation.
- Coordinate project development, equipment installation, and process validation.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, QA, PPIC, and Procurement to ensure technical alignment and project implementation.
- Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities to enhance production efficiency and operational performance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of process development, technical projects, and production improvement.
- Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- English communication skills required.
