- The L&D Leader is primarily responsible for managing the entire talent development process—ranging from assessing training needs, establishing training frameworks, and developing programs to evaluating performance and reporting to BOD.
- The L&D Leader serves as a vital link between employee development needs and the company's strategic goals, helping to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding and employee training programs
- Build learning paths and competency-based training systems
- Create training materials online & offline content
- Build skill level tracking for production employees
- Identify skill gaps and improve workforce capabilities
- Work closely with HR, Production, and Commercial
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male or female, Bachelor's degree, Fluent English is a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of L&D/training experience in manufacturing companies.
- Strong experience in training planning, competency framework development, onboarding, and employee training.
- Smart, proactive, analytical, and well-structured mindset.
- Problem-solving and time management.
- Budgeting and cost control.
