The L&D Leader is primarily responsible for managing the entire talent development process—ranging from assessing training needs, establishing training frameworks, and developing programs to evaluating performance and reporting to BOD The L&D Leader serves as a vital link between employee development needs and the company's strategic goals, helping to enhance organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Ø Develop onboarding and employee training programs
Ø Build learning paths and competency-based training systems
Ø Create training materials online & offline content
Ø Build skill level tracking for production employees
Ø Identify skill gaps and improve workforce capabilities
Ø Work closely with HR, Production, and Commercial

Yêu cầu công việc

Ø Male or female, Bachelor's degree, Fluent English is a must.
Ø Minimum 3-5 years of L&D/training experience in manufacturing companies.
Ø Strong experience in training planning, competency framework development, onboarding, and employee training
Ø Smart, proactive, analytical, and well-structured mindset
Ø Problem-solving and time management
Ø Budgeting and cost control
