Trưởng Ca Sản Xuất - Production Shift Leader

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate Team Leaders and MTs during the shift
• Ensure compliance with production processes and achievement of project KPIs
• Monitor shift operations and update production output in a timely manner
• Review and verify lot and module reports
• Report on shift performance (safety, quality, and control)
• Arrange shifts and allocate manpower effectively

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in a Shift Leader,  Production Team Leader, Production Engineer position
• Required skill: Good communication in English
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, good time management, and strong discipline
• Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts, 8 hours per shift)
