1. Provide professional solutions for bank guarantees, letters of credit products etc. which support the regional sales business in contract negotiation.

2. Develop healthy liquidity and operation for cash planning, fund transfer, channel management, safety limit allocation across regions to achieve centralized treasury management and timely operation.

3. Maintain optimal banking structures, financial authorization and e-banking, handle the bank account-related business operations such as account opening/signatory changing.

4. Analysis of the clearing path between currencies and various banks.

5. Monitor FX risk management to ensure effective implementation of FX policy under process.

6. Ensure the compliance and safety of treasury transactions and settlements.

7. Responsible for treasury management improvement in the long run including the internal process set-up and operation, internal control KPI management, training and treasury propaganda.

8. Establish a close working relationship with HQ Treasury to integrate regional treasury management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, accountancy or equivalent

2. Chinese-based Language working ability

3. Preferably 3 years of working experience and above in the banking industry or others that relate to Treasury or banking function(s)/clearing or settlement

4. Strong in company’s cash management, settlement, bank account management, guarantees, LC, FX etc.

5. Basic knowledge in economics/tax/accountant/financial report analysis, etc.

6. Strong analytical skills, attention to details, accurate, efficient and excellent communication skills.

7. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good team spirit

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.

9. Proficient in MS Office applications likes Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words.
