Training and Student Services Specialist

- Event Management: Organize academic workshops, create communication content, and deliver presentations to parents and students

- Academic Operations: Handle class scheduling, monitor student learning progress, and manage the grading system

- Corporate Connections: Partner with faculty to secure enterprise projects and invite inspiring industry guest speakers

- Student Services: Provide academic advising, resolve student inquiries, and process course or pathway changes

- General Duties: Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by line managers.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from reputable domestic or international universities, specifically from developed countries

- Highly innovative, creative, and strictly customer-centric with a strong commitment to delivering value

- Patient and detail-oriented in managing academic services, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- 100% fluent in English for all official communications with students and faculty members.

- Preferred Qualification: Degree holders from English-speaking countries (e.g., Australia, USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand) are highly preferred.
