Trading and Operation Officer

• Execute trade orders as per Portfolio Manger’s instructions in an efficient and accurate manner.

• Perform operation functions with focus on accuracy and completeness including trades matching, settlement, error identification and rectification of accounts.

• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians and brokers for payment and settlement instructions.

• Compile files and maintain proper record keeping

• Assist on account opening and other paperwork related to asset management and investment products

• Maintain trading system, set up accounts, maintain portfolio holdings and reports

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

• 1–5 years of dealing experience at a securities firm, asset management company.

• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese capital markets and trading/settlement mechanisms

• CMT / CFA candidate is a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Ability to adapt to a continuously evolving system and work-flow environment

• Proficiency in trading and financial platforms

• High attention to details, accuracy, and integrity in handling transactions.

• Knowledge of Regulations on Securities or Investment Products is preferred
