Working Time and Place

Working Time:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Off on Saturday afternoon and Sunday

Place:
Building D10 Giang Vo, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi

Main Tasks

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual Trade Marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase Indomie brand distribution.
• Work closely with Sales teams to implement trade activities, promotions and in-store visibility programs.
• Manage and execute activation, sampling, POSM and field marketing programs.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Manage Trade Marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage POSM materials and coordinate with agencies/vendors for effective execution.
• Prepare periodic reports and recommend improvement plans to Management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing Supervisor or equivalent roles; FMCG, retail or F&B experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Trade Marketing, distribution channels and in-store activities.
• Ability to plan, execute and evaluate marketing programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good English communication skills.
