Trade Marketing Staff

- Collaborate with the Merchandising, Operations, and other relevant departments, as well as stores, to plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketing events, and in-store activities;

- Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of marketing programs and promotional campaigns;

- Analysis of customer data, consumer behavior, market research and create ideas for promotions at supermarket chains on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;

- In charge of preparing, coordinating, and managing POSM systems used at supermarkets, POSM is used for promotions, leaflet distribution, canvassing...;

- Work with suppliers to install seasonal decorations, decorations for store opening events, and monthly promotional festival campaigns at stores.

- Other tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably in the retail industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

- Good command of both written and spoken English.
