Trade Marketing Planning Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Market & Business Insights

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor sales and product performance, identify key growth drivers and gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to support business decision-making.

Channel Strategy & Growth

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly channel strategies based on market insights, business priorities, and sales targets.

• Build go-to-market strategies for new product launches and initiatives to grow existing products and market share.

• Evaluate pricing, promotions, sales, and cost effectiveness to identify key learnings and improvement opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with KAM/RSM, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to turn strategies into effective market execution.

• Ensure alignment between channel plans and execution, identify gaps, and support corrective actions when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Strategy, or Trade Marketing within FMCG.

• Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics and either Modern Trade or General Trade channels.

• Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power Pivot is an advantage.

• Good communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
