• Develop strategic plans for Availability, Visibility, Promotion, and Activations initiatives to support sales

• Budget Management for trade marketing budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and sales volume

• Channel Strategy all channel (GT and MT): Customize product pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies for specific sales channels

• Develop and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and activations

• Work closely with Sales and Brand Teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution

• Manage the execution of events, promotions, and activations to ensure operational excellence

Yêu cầu công việc

Education background: Bachelor's Degree in any background with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing Manager position in the FMCG industry, Cosmetics or Skincare.

Experience:

• Having experience with beauty category is preferable

• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends

Skills:

• Ability in communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting retail sales data, category management metrics and shopper behavior

• Strong knowledge of consumer industry

• Ability to think critically and creatively

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English

Computer Proficiency: Experience using computer and Microsoft application, advanced in MS Excel and pivot, ppt.

Personal Attributes:

• Able to work in a team and individually to handle multiband

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

• Effective communicator and influencer.

• Adaptable, with a strong learning and continuous improvement mindset.
