Trade Compliance Expert (Custom Compliance Expert)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation and customs records.
• Ensure compliance with EOU regulations, including statutory returns and government reporting.
• Handle GST compliance, tax filings, reconciliations, and support tax audits.
• Manage compliance for export incentive programs and other government incentive schemes.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Monitor regulatory changes, identify compliance risks, and support internal/external audits.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs, Import/Export, or Logistics Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, GST, and trade compliance.
• Experience working in manufacturing or multinational companies is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
