Tuyển dụng Tooling Engineer/ Senior Engineer (Molding design) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Position summary: Development and control quality the procedure at manufacturing mold for new mold, Duplication mold, transfer mold, include all document. Partnering with internal department and external molding vendors to ensure the new tooling could be put into production smoothly and quickly.
Key responsibilities:
Using CAD to analyze existing tooling designs and reviewing new part designs for DFM’s.
Give professional suggestion for tooling design, ensure new tooling design could satisfy the product’s requirement.
Can estimate a more detail cost analysis of each tooling
Partnering with molding vendors to ensure the new tooling could be put into production smoothly.
Managing new mold, transfer mold, Duplication including all documentation. Validating process development efforts and interaction with part quality. Feedback to program engineering for follow-up as necessary.
Controlling, and improving existing injection molding, and assembly processes and their effective transfer.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Tooling Manager
Bachelor’s degree majored in mechanical engineering, machine manufacturing or related majors
Over 5 years of experience in tooling & engineering design,
Process Development & Troubleshooting.
Good use of engineering soft wares, such as Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, etc.
Good spoken English.
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively

Over 5 years of experience in tooling & engineering design,
Process Development & Troubleshooting.

Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively
