Tuyển dụng Junior Tooling Design Engineer/ Assistant PSE Engineer tại Hồ Chí Minh

JOB SUMMARY
Assistant PSE Engineer supports design improvement for mass production models. This role involves collaborating with quality and operations to resolve production line downtime and ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. PSE also supports additional initiatives such as duplicate/EOL tooling, alternate supplier qualification and risk mitigation in various forms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1.Follow up PSE projects based on root cause from design to production implementation.
2.Follow up competitive benchmarking and feasibility study.
3.Communicate with suppliers to confirm component specification, target cost and lead-time.
4.Follow up handmade samples and rapid prototyping when needed.
5.Prepare 3D layout for ID to precede conceptual design.
6.Initiate documentation like BOM, ECO and SER.
7.Follow up tool plan, mold and die debugging. Evaluate the new part according to the drawing
8.Follow up reliability testing with QA laboratory.
9.Keep product file as most updated.
10.Follow up continuous product improvement actions
- Education:
University Degree in
Mechanical, Machine Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience:
Fresh Graduate or Working less than 1 year.
Advanced experience in Injection Molding / Tooling Design and/or Metal Forming operations is an advantage.
Experience in Gearbox system & Motor structure is an advantage.
- Knowledge:
1.Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, emailcommunication, 2D and 3D CAD.
2.Familiarity with UG NX is preferred but not mandatory.
- Functional Skills:
Good communication in English
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
