TikTok Business Development Intern

- Research, identify, and reach out to TikTok KOLs/KOCs in the Vietnamese market.
- Build and maintain influencer databases based on campaign and brandMrequirements.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, including communication, product sample
- delivery, content schedules, and campaign execution.
- Review campaign briefs and influencer video content, providing feedback and revision requests when necessary.
- Monitor content publishing schedules and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/KOCs.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily reports on influencer performance and campaign progress.
- Assist in managing social media comments and responding to user inquiries.

- Able to communicate in English or Chinese for work-related tasks.
- Active TikTok user with a strong interest in beauty and skincare content.
- Basic understanding of Influencer Marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other basic office applications.
- Previous experience in TikTok Business Development, MCN operations, or KOL/KOC collaboration is a plus.
- Education Requirements:
- Current university student or recent graduate.● Preferred majors include Marketing, International Business, Communications,
- E-commerce, Chinese Language, or English Language.
- Candidates from leading universities in Vietnam are preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese beauty and skincare market.
- Existing network of TikTok KOLs/KOCs.
- Experience operating a personal TikTok or Instagram account, or working as a content creator.
