- Write and post job deions, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Actively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Able to work full-time and commit to a 3-month internship.
- Working days: Mon to Fri, 8AM to 5PM.
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
- Passionate about HR work and possess strong resilience.
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, urge in learning and development.
- Able to work independently to meet organizational goals.
